Miramar is a family owned vacation home on Galveston Island. In keeping with the family's
Spanish heritage, the house was named Miramar ("looking at the sea") because of the
spectacular view of both the surf and the bay from everywhere in the house. After
weathering hurricane Alicia, Miramar was completely rebuilt to its present design.
Large living area with plenty of windows and sliding glass doors that "look" to
the gulf and bay.
Kitchen has a great view of the beachside.

Nice décor with modern furniture and ceiling fans.
Upstairs/Downstairs...2 bedrooms up/1 down... Sleeps eight; 1 Queen size bed; 2
twin size beds-up & 1 double bed & set of bunk beds-down)

Modern Kitchen: microwave, dishwasher, garbage disposal, self-cleaning oven,
coffee pot, silverware, dishes, pots & pans.
Other amenities: telephone, color TV, VCR, central air & heat, card tables
and deck furniture.

With a fabulous location of less than 30 yards from the water, Miramar has been the
locale of many precious family memories. Whether you're frolicking in the surf or
enjoying the view from the spacious deck, you will be sure to enjoy your time at
Miramar.
Also avilable:
Use of the subdivision's swimming pool, boat launch and dock, lighted fishing pier
and tennis court. There is a $ 15 fee for the use of these facilities. Please pay it
directly to Sea Isle's Office (next to swimming pool).
