Property Description
Our recently refurbished, spacious (1,450 sq. ft.) two-bedroom/two-bath, fully
equipped and air-conditioned villa is on one level. It features a treed yard and
deck overlooking an ornamental fountain set in a small lagoon, and also the eleven-mile
lagoon system and the 11th hole of the Fazio golf course.
Our villa features a large master bedroom with a king-size bed and en-suite bathroom,
TV and VCR. The second bedroom has twin beds, and a second full-size bathroom is immediately adjacent.
Our villa is an end unit with a bay window in the dining room, creating a bright and cheerful dining
and living room area. Other features in that area are a cathedral ceiling, beautiful new furnishings,
TV and VCR, and a wet bar. The large eat-in kitchen has a breakfast nook, and a new refrigerator
and microwave oven.
Features and Activities
A swimming pool and three clay tennis courts are available for free use by
Inverness Village guests. The world-famous Hilton Head Island beach is nearby.
NOTE: We participate in a network of owners who rent their Hilton Head Island
villas privately. If we are booked for the dates that you seek, we will be
pleased to assist you in finding appropriate accommodation. Just ask!

Linens and towels are provided. You need bring only your beach towels.
A washer and dryer are located adjacent to the kitchen.
Rates
Weekly rates, Saturday to Saturday
$875 for High Season -- March 26th to April 9th, and June 4th to August 13th.
All rates are plus taxes and departure cleaning.
Seasonal discounts, 10% to 50%, are available for shoulder seasons and off-season.
