Summer Rates
$900 per week or $150 per night with 3 night minimum plus $75 cleaning fee.
Winter Rate
$750 per week or $150 per night with 3 night minimum plus $75 cleaning fee.
* $200 Refundable Breakage/Damage deposit due within five days of reservation confirmation.
* 50% of Balance due 60 days prior to arrival and other 50% due within 30 days.
* Moneys paid within 60 days or arrival, but before 30 days are 50% refundable, IF CANCELLED (E.G. if $400 is paid, $200 is refundable within 30-60 days).
NO REFUNDS WITHIN 30 DAYS OF ARRIVAL.
