This villa has a wonderful view from its private balcony overlooking the salt marshes out to the ocean. This unit has a queen
size bed in the master bedroom and two twins in the second bedroom. Located on the first floor, 1101 has easy access to the
outdoor pool and deli and also the ocean boardwalk.
Features and Activities
Ocean View! Located in Building one. This building is closest to the boardwalk and ocean. It has fantastic outdoor pool,
restrooms, and a deli/convenience store which is open everyday unit 7pm serving food and drinks. VHS movie rentals are also
available. The boardwalk will take you to the beach without crossing any roads. It bridges over the tidal marsh to the beachside
cabana where food and drinks are served in the summer season. Restrooms are available as well.
This two-bedroom, two-bath condo sleeps 5 or 6. It has a direct lagoon, marsh, and peak of the ocean view. There is a VHS player
and the resort satellite TV channels to entertain you when exhausted.
AND on top of that you have all of the great features and amenities of the Hilton Head Resort - Tennis, beach, bicycling and pools!

Rates
Summer (5/15-9/6) and Holiday rate: $95 per night or $600 per week.
Off-season rate: $85 per night or $400 per week.
There is a $50 cleaning fee that includes linens and towels.
A small $50 deposit reserves your vacation!
Deposits are not refundable, however reschedules are fine.
Balance of rental fee is due 30 days prior to your visit
