Or do a short-short walk each day to the beach. Your pet is welcome on the beach with only a
few restrictions. In the high season you may walk and play before 10:00am and then again after
5:00pm; the rest of the year is much more lenient. Or you may want to play tennis on one of the
courts within the complex.
A short walk or bike ride takes you to Coligny Circle and all the
amenities it affords. Like charming coffee shops and bakeries that make the morning walk or
ride an adventure. You are close enough to three wonderful food stores and shopping centers
that you can bicycle if you desire. A convenience and liquor store is less than a block walk.
Wake up to the sun shining on the pool and a mere ten steps away from your deck. Plan golf
outings on more championship golf courses than you can play in a week. Relax inside after a
wonderful day on the beach with a TV and VCR in each of the three bedrooms and in the living
room. Prepare any meal you wish in the complete kitchen with all the amenities of home and
then some. Dishwasher, Microwave, Icemaker, Disposal, Blender, and much more. Eat in the
dining room or be casual at the bar stools that line 12 feet of the open pass through between
the kitchen and the living area. Free local phone service and cable TV service. Always be
comfortable in the central heating and cooling system. Washer/Dryer conveniently located
next to the master bedroom. Linen and cleaning service included in rental fee.
Features and Activities
We are in the lovely South Forest Beach area. Ocean Breeze is only two blocks to the beach
and the villa overlooks the almost private pool for your use. Walk to the tennis court or
take a lesson at the Van Der Meer tennis complex. Walk to Fitzgerald's restaurant on the beach
or the convenient store one block away. While the complex is in a quiet and serene setting, we
are close to everything including Coligny Plaza, which contains over 70 shops including 14
plus restaurants on the beach circle and the Water Park three blocks away. Miniature golf is
walking distance as well as Java Joe's, the Bake Shop and Ice Cream Shop in Coligny Plaza.
The beach is wide and white and the ocean has a gentle slope to make water activities safe
and fun.
