2003 Weekly Rates:

$1,225 January, February, March, April, May, September, November, & December

$1,525 June, July, August & October ( 7 day minimum with Saturday to Saturday check-in / check-out)

$1,725 July 4th,Thanksgiving, Christmas & New Years Weeks (7 day minimum with pre-set weeks depending on when the Holiday falls)

Off Season 3 Day Minimum Rate: $900
(Additonal Days $250)

Monthly Rate: Negotiable

Checkout Cleaning, Firewood and Spa Cleaning included in the rental fee.

A Haywood County Occupancy Tax of 3% and N .C. Sales Tax of 7% will be added to all rental fees.

Reservation requires a 50% prepaid rental deposit made by credit card at the time of making the reservation.

Reservations for Holiday Weeks will be the entire rental fee and are non-refundable.

A $250 Security Deposit will be collected on each rental and will be returned 45 days after your arrival if the cabin is found in good condition. If you are paying your rental balance and security deposit by personal check, it must be received by us at least 30 days prior to your arrival. If you are paying your rental balance and security deposit by Cashiers Check, Travelers Check, Money Order, Visa or Master Card, it must be received by us at least 14 days prior to your arrival.
