Situated on a beautiful 3/4 acre private view lot with pine needle paths winding through manzanitas, tall pines and mountain wildflowers, this fabulous vacation rental home, one of our vacation homes, is located on the 15th tee of the Incline Village Championship Golf Course. Sounds of a nearby stream add to the ambiance. A spacious executive vacation homes, it features 5 bedrooms, 3 ½ baths and delightful scenery from all 3 decks and every window. This vacation rentals home is fully furnished down to the linens and spice rack! It is a magical setting. From every window in the home you look out on golf course, ski slopes of Diamond Peak, lovely pine trees and in the summer season beautiful scenery and pine needle paths.

A bridge leads you to the front door where you step into a lovely chandelier-lit foyer and then down into the living room with large stone fireplace, stereo system, DVD, VCR, 27" TV, Wurlitzer console piano, comfortable seating including luxurious leather recliner. The living room also has a wet bar.

To the left you find the spacious and friendly kitchen, completely equipped. The center "L" shaped Jennaire cooking center seats 5 around the counter, so the cook can chat with guests while he or she prepares the meals. Washer and dryer are off the kitchen and a glass door leads from the kitchen to a lovely view deck.

The entire vacation rentals home is filled with original art of Tahoe and the Southwest.

Next to the kitchen there is a formal dining room, which goes out to another large deck going across the entire back of the home. The dining room has a fantastic view from the sliding doors as well as from a large window on the left. In addition to the regular dining room table, we have added two extra high quality folding tables and chairs to accommodate larger groups for dining together. The vistas of distant mountains, golf course, pine trees are inspiring from every room. A great feeling of space is felt looking out from this lovely home.

On the second story, in addition to the mezzanine room, two queen rooms and bonus room, there is a separate suite with private bath and deck. It has it’s own sitting area, television and added sports and family channels. It has two twin beds and one queen, cathedral ceilings and wonderful views. From the deck you look down on the 15th tee of the Championship golf course.

The bonus room, which is actually the 5th bedroom, goes up to a third story from the previously mentioned mezzanine area with a pull-down ladder staircase and is a young people's delight. It is a fully carpeted, comfortable 17 foot room with track lighting, 4 separate top of the line twin sized beds (with lovely bedding) and two view windows. Lots of privacy for the young people. No bathroom up there. They come right down the ladder-staircase for the bathroom, which is between the two bedrooms on the second floor.

This vacation rental home uses hydronic heating which is a circulating hot water system, the healthiest and most comfortable way of heating for this Alpine area. It is very efficient.
