Check in is 4 pm/Check out is 11 am, except by special arrangement. $400.00 security deposit,
refundable within 14- 30 days after check out. $125.00 non-refundable cleaning fee. Extra
deposit for pets, please inquire.
Cancellation: refundable less 50% before 30 days, less 75% between 29-7 days, less 100% if
less than 7 days. Rates and terms subject to change without notice.
No charge to heat Jacuzzi. $300.00 fee to heat pool. Tenant will be responsible for operation
of pool and spa equipment. Easy to follow instructions will be provided.
