23-mile long all sports lake-Lake Leelanau. Patio furniture, grill, and picnic table provided.
Large recreation room with cathedral ceilings and fireplace. This room is a kid's paradise
with TV/VCR with many tapes, air hockey table, darts, puzzles, board games, Sony Playstation
w/games, Barbies, Little Tikes kitchenette and dollhouse. 2 queen beds are also in this room.
This room is the bottom level with French doors walking out to a patio.
This property comes with access to the lake. Just a short walk down, about 500 feet from the
house to the water. At the water you have a dock and fishing boat for your use. Motor can be
added to the fishing boat. Clean shallow swimming off the end of the dock. And just steps
out to your WATER TRAMPOLINE, which is complimentary. Valued at $250 a day. Pontoon boat
rental and Jet Ski rental is also available at unbeatable prices. Boat up to Leland and the
town of Lake Leelanau for dinner and shopping. Day trips to Sleeping Bear Dunes and Mackinaw
Island are popular. Many wineries in the area along with fantastic restaurants. Leelanau
Sands Casino is just 15 miles north. Leelanau Club and Veronica Valley golf both within 5
minutes.
