Corporate Rentals - please inquire about extended rates.

We require 50% of the total amount due upfront to secure the rental along with one night's rate, as a refundable security deposit. The remaining 50% balance is due upon arrival. Deposit is returned 10 days after departure, providing house is found in acceptable condition and undamaged. We allow pets. There is an additional $200 pet security deposit (per pet), should you bring a pet. If cancellation occurs with less than a 30-day advance notice, the guest will loose 50% of the total amount. Checks or money orders are acceptable methods of payment.
