Our home, situated in Alii Kai Condominium, Princeville, Kauai was formerly the developments model home. The setting is an ecological
paradise on a bluff with 160 degree view of the sea, visited by land and sea birds, with a
private tropical garden on one side.
This Oceanfront House is on one level, and easily accessible, and safe for young children and older
folks. All rooms have a commanding ocean view. With the local koa wood paneling and choice decor
from the Pacific region, the house maintains an informal feeling, one of quietude and peace. One
bathroom has a family size beautifully tiled shower, the other a shower and tub. Several aspects
of the setting make this an unusually fine homelike environment with an authentic tropical atmosphere
to spend ones holidays.
Features and Activities
Migrating whales and dolphins as well as passing sea birds and native Hawaiian birds can be viewed
from the living room and the lanai in front and on the side. There are several wild life sanctuaries
in the region. Beneath the bluff there are tidal pools and natural lava tunnels. There is a private
tennis court and pool almost next to the house exclusively for residents of Alii Kai #1. Shopping,
services, video renting services, and health care are nearby. Beaches abound in the area (at least 12)
Hanalei two mile long beach is a five minute drive.

Activities on site or nearby: This side of the island is for those who wish a real tropical outdoor
experience, is one offering the flora a fauna, great views typical of the South Pacific. There are
several fantastic tropical gardens in the immediate area. Activities include: Hiking, Biking, Golfing,
Tennis, Fitness Center, Fishing, Wildlife Viewing, Horseback Riding, Restaurants, Sightseeing,
Swimming, Tidal Pool Viewing, Snorkeling & Diving, Boating, Sailing, Surfing, Windsurfing,
