Thank you for your interest in our Sandpiper one bedroom and loft unit. The condominium
is located in a master planned community (Princeville, Kauai) which has the most beautiful
tropical scenery of all the Islands.
Our one bedroom and loft condo at the Sandpiper is nestled on several acres of paradise on
the Cliffs of Princeville overlooking the beautiful blue Pacific Ocean. The unit is spacious
with a large master suite with a king sized bed, full tub & shower, loft with a
twin bed, bathroom with sink and desk and-chairs, one large private lanais with views of the
ocean and the green mountains, Bali Hai and the famous Kauai sunsets. The living room,
with a Queen-sized sofa bed, dining area, and fully-equipped kitchen, has a large lanai
facing East to the morning sunrises, with a view of the blue Pacific Ocean in the North
and West.
Features and Activities
In addition, as a guest at The Sandpiper, you are offered a golf discount
(check our web site for rates) on all the courses on the North shore including the
world class 27-hole Makai Course (ranked 5 in all the Islands) and the 18-hole Prince
Course, which ranked number one in Hawaii by Golf Digest. The Prince golf facility
also has a lovely gym and fitness studio, which is available to the public at reasonable
rates.

Amenities
In addition to golf, Princeville has many tennis courts, restaurants and
the world class Princeville Hotel. The best beaches in Hawaii are located
on the North Shore of Kauai and are only minutes away by car. We also have
a shopping center and many fine restaurants as well as some very quaint
locations with lots of Aloha.
Rates
Our basic rate is $499 a week plus taxes and cleaning fee, or a total of $691.48 for the week.
The longer you rent the lower the rate per day. We allow short term rentals and the daily rates
are on our web site at www.condobob.com on the
Rates page. You can pay by check or credit card. When paying by credit card we ask for the
full payment but we will consider installments if the total rate warrants it.
