Luxuriate in the seclusion of this lovely oceanfront, custom home dramatically situated on the
edge of the lush, green cliffs adjacent to historic Waipio Valley. The Cliff House offers
unobstructed, truly breathtaking views of the ocean, coastal cliffs and valley waterfalls
from the spacious cliffside lanai, as well as from within the house itself. Surrounded by
over 40 acres of pastureland that assures total privacy (except from our horses you'll see
in the pastures), the Cliff House has two bedrooms with queen beds, one full bath, a
fully equipped kitchen and living / dining room.

Various tours available, taking you down into
Waipi'o Valley for a glimpse of old
Hawaii.
We have Horseback riding, and ATV's and Hiking.
Waipi`o Valley, the famous "Valley of the Kings", and the surrounding 23 miles of bluffs,
waterfalls, black sand beaches and winding rivers, offer unlimited opportunities for hiking,
picnicking or just relaxing in the valley. This location is truly an immersion in rural
"old Hawaii", while only 15 minutes from the lovely town of Honoka'a, with its shops and
restaurants; and less than an hour's drive from the towns of Waimea and Hilo, offering an
even greater selection of fine shopping, dining and entertainment opportunities. While
