Our vacation rentals sit on a 200-foot wide basin canal and feature balconies on the 2nd and
3rd levels, which overlook the basin and the Sombrero Golf Course. We are within walking
distance to various shopping and service facilities. The townhouses feature covered parking
on the ground level, a living room, kitchen, laundry area, and a one-half bath on the second
level. There are two bedrooms and a full bath on the third level. The rentals are
attractively decorated in a tropical theme. They are clean and the grounds are well
maintained. Both rentals come completely furnished.
We have dockage for your boat and there is easy access to both the ocean and the bay via
the canal. For you boaters... A boat ramp is located at the end of the street. We are a
member of the Chamber of Commerce and licensed by the State of Florida, Monroe County, and

Biking, Fishing, Wildlife viewing, Golf, Shopping, Swimming, Snorkeling and Diving, Water
skiing, Boating, Museum of Natural History, Sombrero Beach, Seven-Mile Bridge, Crane Point
Hammock, Pigeon Key Museum, and the Dolphin Research Center.
The waters surrounding Marathon provide some of the best fishing in the world, unsurpassed
diving from coral reefs, and excursions by land and boating at their best. Key West is
located approximately 50 miles west on US Highway 1.

Townhouse "B" has a sofa bed and can sleep up to 2 additional people at $25 per week per person. Security Deposit: $250 is required with each week's reservation.
