Property Description

The house has all of the comforts of home including a 61" projection TV, VCR, CD/ Radio system with speakers throughout the house and on the patio. We have children's toys and games, baby crib, high chair, beach chairs, fax machine, snorkel gear, golf clubs, fishing poles, etc. Sorry, there is No Smoking and No Pets in the house.

The house has a southwest exposure, which gets sun all year. You can enjoy eating indoors or outdoors on the lanai. The entire rear of the house is glass doors or large windows. The sliding glass doors disappear into the wall to allow the outside in.

The pool and lanai are enclosed with a screen to keep the pests out. You can fish in the back yard; it is very easy to catch numerous kinds of fish, swim in the heated pool, or swim in the canal. The house is located less than two minutes from the crescent beach of Marco Island. There are several golf courses nearby.

The master bedroom has a KING-SIZE Bed and the master bath has a large soaking tub and large glass shower enclosure along with dual sinks. The second bedroom has two twin beds and the third bedroom has a queen-size bed.

Features and Activities

Marco Island has lots of area activities including inshore and offshore fishing on the 10,000 islands, shelling tours, airboat rides in the Everglades, and dolphin and island tours are all nearby.
