Enjoy the luxury and convenience of a private condominium on one of Florida's most
beautiful beaches. This wonderful 1,433 sq. ft. oceanfront condo has 3 bedrooms, 2 full
baths and sleeps 8 people comfortably. It is located on the 5th floor of a five-story, 50
unit complex. Elevators and laundry rooms are provided on each floor. New ownership in July
2001 has redecorated and refurnished the condo unit for your comfort and pleasure. It is air
conditioned, with paddle fans in each bedroom, fully furnished and equipped to make your stay
a delightfully unforgettable vacation.
The kitchen features a new range, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, disposal, coffee maker,
blender, mixer and cookware for all of your cooking needs. A large pantry allows for plenty
of food and snack storage. The kitchen is amply furnished with 2 sets of dishes (each service
for 8), glasses (yes...wine and champagne too), silverware, utensils, and dishtowels. All
you need to do is bring your favorite foods, unless you're ready to go out! The dining room
located just beyond the kitchen provides seating for six and stools are located at the
pass-thru bar. For your convenience and enjoyment, we have supplied numerous beach toys
for the kids, 4 boogie boards, 3 beach chairs & sun umbrella, large 4-post umbrella canopy
for shade at the beach should you desire, a beach mat for beach sunbathing, goggles and
flippers, beach radio, beach volleyball and net and a badminton set.
The living area includes a sofa that converts to a Queen-size bed. For your pleasure a color
T.V. with full cable channels, VCR and CD player are provided. The sliding glass doors open
onto the private balcony, which provides a panoramic view of the ocean...a perfect place to
read, take a nap or just enjoy the seascape. Relaxation comes naturally here. Just off the
private balcony, visitors will find 10 miles of unspoiled (no vehicles), white sandy beach
(a perfect space shuttle launch viewing area). For your safety and protection, a lifeguard
station is located (seasonally) just in front of the condo.
The Master Suite offers a king size bed, full bathroom and his/her closets, and yes...there
is a T.V. with cable. Enjoy beautiful sunrise and southerly views from the privacy of your
own bedroom! On cool evenings, you can sleep with the windows open, paddle fan running and
the ocean waves lulling you to sleep! The second bedroom has a queen size bed, and a
south-facing window provides full view of the pool and ocean. The third bedroom has 2
twin beds with the lovely southerly view.
Relax in this privately owned condo with lots of extra touches to make you feel right at
home. Although New Smyrna Beach is located just minutes from all the local attractions,
many guests prefer to drive to the excitement and stay at the ocean. One stay and you will
want to return year after year.

Features and Activities
New Smyrna Beach offers a vast array of local attractions, including The Scenic Lighthouse
at Ponce Inlet, Turtle Mound at Canaveral National Seashore (a protected bird sanctuary),
Historic Flagler Avenue and Canal Street with their quaint shops, galleries and restaurants,
New Smyrna Beach Flea Market, 7 Antique Shopping Pavilions, Sugar Mill Ruins, Old Fort Park
site of the Connor Library Museum and Turnbull Ruins. Horseback riding, hiking and bike
rentals are also available.
The beautiful Intercoastal Waterway offers a great variety of fishing and water sports with
ocean access...Snorkeling, Diving, Water Skiing, Jet Skiing, Surfing... (boat rentals are
available), River Cruises, and sailing on a Catamaran.
Sea Turtle Nesting begins in May and continues through September. Hatching begins in June and
continues through October. You can recognize their nests by the familiar "roped-off"
sections right on the beach!
There are endless possibilities of things to do in New Smyrna Beach. In addition to the
local sites to see, there are also "more famous" attractions within an hours drive, including
Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Blue Springs (manatee viewing), Central Florida
Zoo, Kennedy Space Center, Daytona International Speedway, beautiful and historic St.
Augustine (the oldest city in the USA). They are all easy "day trips" from New Smyrna Beach.
And don't forget, Central Florida is a golfer's paradise, so come prepared to tee it up!

Our complex includes a full-size pool (heated in the winter with a seasonal wind block
because you CAN HAVE IT ALL), kiddie pool, air-conditioned cabana room with refrigerator
for poolside meals, playing cards, reading or as a respite from the sun's rays. Shuffleboard
by the oceanside is the game of choice. Directly across the street within easy walking
distance are numerous stores for your convenience...Grocery Store, Gift Shop, Surf Shop,
Hair & Nail Salon, Casual Dining, Ice Cream Parlor...just to name a few. A detailed binder
located in the condo has full menus of local restaurants along with brochures of local
attractions.

$3000 monthly and $195 nightly (with a 3 night min. stay)
Out of Season:
Sept. 11 to Dec. 15, 2003;
April 21 to May 21, 2004
$165 nightly (with a 3 night min. stay)

$1475 weekly
$300 deposit per week guarantees reservation
