bedroom has a queen size bed and there are two twin beds in the second bedroom. There is

cable connected TV with HBO and a VCR in the living room. Your unit is air conditioned, but
if you wish to take in the fresh tropical air, step from the living room to the screened in
Lanai. In addition to the necessities, the fully equipped kitchen has all sorts of extras
such as dishwasher, blender, toaster, toaster oven, microwave and plenty of utensils to
prepare a gourmet meal. The kitchen also has a "pass through" to the dining area. All
towels, linens, beach towels, beach chairs, rafts, sand toys, etc. are furnished with
your unit.
Features and Activities
This is a first floor unit in The Sea Shells Condominium located on prestigious West Gulf
Drive. The Condominium consists of a number of two story buildings with a total of only
44 units. It is especially well suited for family activities. You will find this location
is convenient to all the famous island attractions such as "Ding Darling Nature Preserve",
Shell Museum, Sanibel Captiva Conservation Foundation and a short drive if you wish to
spend some time on Captiva Island. Your unit is conveniently located near the heated pool,
laundry, gas BBQ grills and shuffleboard. The tennis court is also nearby on the property.
A short walk from your unit is the private access to the Gulf Beach where you will find an
excellent beach for all the usual activities in addition to all sorts of seashells for you
to collect if you so desire. The location of the Condominium is away from the hustle and
bustle but close enough to be convenient to grocery and souvenir shopping, theatre, library
and restaurants for either family or upscale dining. If you wish to make use of the
island's numerous hiking and bike paths, some of the local vendors have free pickup
and delivery offered with their bike rentals.
Island activities include golf, fishing, swimming, scuba, snorkeling, Florida's best
shell collecting, boating, tennis, hiking, biking, nature walks and more!
