Brand new, large and luxurious 5 Bedroom, 2 Full Bathroom Villa in a safe gated community
is sure to please. The villa is only 10 minutes to Animal Kingdom and is located at Hwy
192 and 27.
There is a 28 X 14.5 foot private heated pool with 2 sprayers and a 7-foot circular spa.
The pool depth ranges from 3 to 5 feet. There is an 8 X 16 foot Lanai (covered patio area).
The backyard is fenced for privacy.
There is a separate dining room in addition to a 31 X 14 foot Family room/Kitchen/Nook
combination that includes an island with 3 bar chairs, kitchen table, leather furniture
and a big screen 36 inch TV with Sony Playstation 2 (CD/DVD player). There is a video
library, which consists of some children's videos and some popular movies for your
enjoyment.
Features and Activities
Live on the wild side in our tastefully decorated Safari Room. This gorgeous Master
Suite has vaulted ceilings and an open concept bathroom and includes a King sized
four poster bed and 27 inch TV/VCR.
Enjoy Independence Day all year long in our American themed bedroom with a double
sized set of bunk beds.
Cuddle up after a long day at Magic Kingdom with a child sized (4 foot) Mickey and
Minnie in our Disney themed bedroom with a double/twin set of bunk beds. The Disney
Room also includes a child's play table and building blocks.
Sleeping accommodations include 1 King bed, 1 Queen bed, 2 Twin beds, a double set of
bunk beds (2 double beds), and a double/twin set of bunk beds (1 double bed and 1 twin bed).
This villa comes complete with a fully equipped kitchen and a Kids Kitchen Cupboard,
which includes Disney Dishes just for kids. In the kitchen you will find a full sized
refrigerator, electric stove, dishwasher and microwave. There is also an electric kettle,
coffee maker, toaster, and blender. You will find an ample supply of cutlery, dinnerware,
serving dishes, pots and pans and utensils. There are many Tupperware containers for
packing snacks for the children and coolers if you take a small road trip.

Amenities
For your children's safety there are alarms on all doors and windows that lead to the pool and spa area.
Other villa amenities include Cable TV with 60 channels; super capacity washer and dryer, free local phone calls, all bedroom and bathroom linens and a hair dryer in each bathroom.
Cribs, strollers, high chairs and playpens are available upon request free of charge.
