There is a large 32 X 12 foot private heated Dolphin Motif Pool with adjoining Spa. This villa boasts a large 3-sided Lanai (covered patio). There are 2 Master suites, both leading to the Lanai and Pool/Spa area. This provides plenty of privacy for 2 families.

Sit back and relax in the Great room with a big screen 36 inch TV with Sony Playstation 2 (DVD/CD Player). One master suite has a 19-inch TV/DVD combination, while the other master has a 19-inch TV/VCR. There is a video library, which consists of some children's videos and some popular movies for your enjoyment. Enjoy Independence Day all year long in our American Themed Master suite.

Snuggle up with a child sized (3 foot) Winnie the Pooh and Tigger after a long day at Animal Kingdom. The Disney Room has 2 twin beds, but move over because you will have to share with Tigger and Pooh. This room also includes a child's play table and Disney puzzles. The Disney room is adjacent to a Disney bathroom featuring Winnie the Pooh. Sleeping accommodations include 1 King bed, 2 Queen beds, 4 Twin beds, and a Queen sleeper sofa.

The Villa comes complete with a fully equipped Kitchen and a Kid's Kitchen Cupboard, which includes Disney dishes just for Kids. In the kitchen you will find a full sized refrigerator, electric stove, dishwasher and microwave. Other appliances include electric kettle, coffeemaker, toaster, blender, electric can opener and an orange juice maker to make lots of orange juice that you can pick seasonally in the community (Oct-May). There is also an ample supply of cutlery, dinnerware, serving dishes, pots and pans and utensils. There are many Tupperware containers fro packing snacks for the children and coolers if you take a short road trip.

For your children's safety there are alarms on all the three doors that lead to the Pool/Spa/Lanai area. Every room of the villa has vaulted ceilings and the great room has 3 skylights. The villa is 2157 square feet not including the pool, spa, lanai, garage and entry.

Other villa amenities include Cable TV with 60 channels; super capacity washer and dryer, free local phone calls and all bedroom and bathroom linens and a hair dryer in each bathroom. This villa is heated and air-conditioned. Cribs, strollers, high chairs and playpens are available upon request free of charge.
