There are 2 family rooms, 1 with cable TV and VCR with a selection of family movies and 1 with CCD hi-fi ideal to get away from it all and relax after a fun filled day at one of the many attractions the Orlando area has to offer.

The large 30 x 15 ft screened pool and lanai has a number of pool toys and safety floats for the kids and plenty of pool furniture (loungers) for everyone to relax. There is a BBQ for your al fresco dining enjoyment.

Hampton Lakes boasts Tennis courts, Basketball, Volleyball, a communal pool and a play area ideal for young children. We have provided sports equipment in the villa for use with these facilities. If Golf is your game we are ideally situated, as there are 2 courses just 5 minutes from Hampton lakes and numerous courses all within 60 minutes. Shops and Restaurants are just minutes away with US Hwy 192 approx 15 minutes away and International drive approx 20 minutes.

Just 15 minutes from Disney's World Drive, the entrance to the Magic Kingdom, Animal Kingdom, Epcot MGM Studios, Blizzard Beach, Typhoon Lagoon, Pleasure Island and Disney Village.
