Downstairs, there is a queen size bed in the bedroom and queen sleeper sofa in the living room. There are plenty of towels and linens upstairs and downstairs, a washer and dryer, kitchen utensils, patio furniture, BBQ grills, etc. The house is very comfortable, private and neatly kept. All of the furniture is new, as the house is only several years old. The house also has a Jacuzzi/hot tub overlooking the water, which is absolutely PERFECT!

The house is centrally located, just 1 1/2 hours from Miami and 1 1/2 hours from Key West. It is just 1 minute from the world famous HOLIDAY ISLES (Tiki Bar). There is always something to do and always something going on. The house has a beautiful jacuzzi overlooking the water. Just 1 mile north, there is the Founders Park. There again, there is always something to do. There is a swimming pool and a beach, basketball court, bike/skateboard ramp, etc... If you want to swim with the Dolphins, this is another thing you can do that is just a few minutes from the house! The house is surrounded with water activities. There are boat rentals, dive boats, tour boats, snorkeling tours, Jet Ski rentals, glass bottom boat rides, etc.
