Gulf View and are located within short walks of Historic Bridge Street, Anna Maria's best know restaurants and
amenities, and across from the stunning Coquina Beach. Coquina Beach is a very long public stretch of White
Sand Beach frequented by dolphins and known for its powdery sands and amazing shelling!
On the corner of 100 Fourth Street and Gulf Drive South, Anna Maria Island House is 2 only two miles north of
Long Boat Key. Four blocks from the Cortez Bridge, it is also a short drive to Sarasota's and Florida's many
other attractions.

Amenities
These lovely units have wonderful living rooms for visiting and full kitchens for your convenience as you
greet the sunrise from in the bay, pack picnic lunches for the warm beaches, or blend smoothies and specialties
to enjoy on your patio as the sunsets.
These beautiful accommodations glow with their Florida pine floors, ceiling fans and island decor including
original works by local and other artists. All units include air conditioning, cable television and DVD,
high speed internet access, and nicely stocked kitchens.
The pretty street side patios mix gulf views and passing tourists and locals as they walk a few hundred yards
to Historic Bridge Street and homemade ice cream or cocktails served under sunset lit skies!
Rates
Monthly rates range from $2,220 to $2,750.
Weekly rates range from $740 to $875; daily rates range from $125/night to
$149/night with a three-night minimum. Some seasons rent for full weeks and
months only. Reservations require a 25% deposit, cash, check or credit card.
Balance is due 30 days in advance if time allows. Florida sales taxes of
10.5% apply. All rates are subject to change until reservations are confirmed.
