YOU STAYED WHERE.........Could be the name for PINNACLE PORT. We are not on the traveled road but 1/4 mile off. If you are going to Seaside from Panama City Beach you might not even see us as you cross the bridge over Lake Powell. If you are in the Inlet-Rosemary beach area you can see us on our flat and open beach (and might have thought that it would be nice not to haul the kids and chairs up the dune stairs) but how do you get there????

My rates are reduced and I am the owner/manager of my 2 unit business. Please read on and give Pinnacle Port a chance for that most memorable vacation spot in your mind.

Pinnacle Port is tucked away on the western end of Bay County, near Carrillon Beach and the Beaches of South Walton and only 15 minutes from Seaside and only 1 mile east of the 30A turnoff on hwy 98.Privacy and seclusion are our trademarks, but we're still close enough to Panama City Beach for daily activities.

At the far west end of Panama City Beach on hwy. 98 is a bridge crossing Lake Powell. While on that bridge if you look to the gulf you will see a finger of land that holds a state owned bird sanctuary and Pinnacle Port. We may be accessed through gated entry and are set back 1/4 mile.

We boast open sunsets and more un-crowded beach than can be well shelled in a week of sunset walks to both the East and west. On many of these walks you will be nearly alone except for a following of birds and sand crabs. Our beaches are white and fine sanded.

We offer both the gulf and Lake Powell. There is a ramp to the lake for boaters. Access to the gulf by Philips Inlet is dependent on water conditions and always a minimum draft boat.

Children always find the small pier on the lake for brackish water fishing and crabbing (the downstairs balcony of the 3 bedroom overlooks this pier). The adults as well as the children enjoy a slow tube ride when the Philips Inlet, to the West, is open. If tennis is your idea of a vacation we have 4 lighted courts that are free to use.

Tired of our wonderful restaurants.....we have a great grilling/picnic area. Next to the grilling area is a fenced children's playground. If you've come to enjoy the pace of shuffle board there are several areas.

We make the unique offering of both an outdoor pool which is very near the 2 bedroom and indoor/outdoor pool. The shallow end is always shaded and great for children that you want to keep out of the sun or have already had too much but want to be in the water. This pool is at the base of the tower in which our 3 bedroom townhouse is located.

Each of the six mid-rise buildings is serviced by an elevator for their seven levels of 4 units each. The beach is just around corner of the 2 bedroom's buildings. From the elevator it is about 15 seconds to the white sand beach with no roads, bridges, underpasses, or dunes to separate you from the beach. It is a flat surface.

With your entry/key package we offer mapping to Pinnacle Port and to your unit building. We also supply you with FYI information about Pinnacle Port, your unit, and some activities that we have enjoyed as well as some restaurants to start you off after a long day of travel.

There is no area of Panama City Beach that will match the vacation package you invest in, for your family, such as Pinnacle Port has to offer........none.
