Situated on a quiet, residential road within walking distance of a large supermarket and restaurants. A five-minute drive gets you to the beach and many more restaurants.

This is a very comfortable split bedroom home away from home, comprising of 3 bedrooms, master with a Queen size bed, and one with a double bed and third equipped with twin beds. The master bedroom has it's own dressing area, walk-in closet, cable TV, and own bathroom with twin basins and large walk-in shower. The other two bedrooms share shower/tub bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator/freezer with icemaker, coffeemaker and electric range and toaster. From the kitchen area there is an informal lounge with television, VCR and stereo. There is a formal living room and dining room combined with seating for six.

The entire home is air-conditioned. Included we also have a washer and dryer. From the rear of the house, there are three sets of French doors leading to the pool area with a gas BBQ area with table and chairs. The 14 by 24 pool is heated by solar power. The entire pool and lanai area is completely covered with a fine mesh screen, which ensures that bugs and falling leaves are kept away and you can still work on your tan. On the island there are three public beaches, South Beach, Tigertail and Hideaway, which is a five-minute drive. The beaches are huge and are usually not crowded and covered with white powdered sand--watch the pelicans dive for fish while relaxing on the beach or watch for dolphins swimming by.
