Bay Breeze is a lovely fully furnished 3-bedroom 2-bath home with a private in-ground screened swimming pool.

The property is centrally located between the Gulf Beaches and the city of Tampa. The Gulf of Mexico and Clearwater Beach are just minutes away and Orlando is a short 90 minute drive.

Bay Breeze has a large great room area that includes the living room, with a sofa sleeper, dining room and kitchen that overlooks the lovely stone fireplace and pool area.

There is a barbeque grill and an outside table for those quiet evenings around the pool with the family. As a special treat, this home has a large fresh water fish tank for your enjoyment.

The master bedroom has a king size bed and its own bathroom with a shower. The 2nd bedroom has a queen size bed and the other bedroom has 2 twin beds.

Clearwater Beach is just minutes away and is known for it's white sandy beaches and spectacular sunsets. Visitors can parasail, experience a dolphin encounter, reserve a spot on a fishing charter, or just relax on the white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico.

Make sure you stop by the Clearwater Marina to get a glimpse of some of the sea life that live in our waters.

Nationally known Pinellas trail is approximately 3 minutes away from Tampa Bay Retreat. Over 30 miles of trail through the neighborhoods of Pinellas County. Bike, inline skate, or just walk for miles down the trail.

The city of Tampa is right across the Bay. Tampa also has many things to do. Tampa is home to Busch Gardens, a wonderful experience for the entire family with rides, interesting shows, and lots of animals.

Lowery Park Zoo is also a treat for the entire family. See gorillas, alligators, elephants, and other interesting critters at the Zoo.

Adventure Island is a water theme park in the Tampa area that has many tall waterslides and water thrill rides.

The Florida Aquarium offers you the ability to see an abundance of sea life right at your fingertips. See sharks, stingrays, moray eels and many beautiful fish.

In Ocala, just one hour from the city of Tampa, you and your family can experience Silver Springs. Life abounds as you ride the glass bottom boats and glimpse the life that flourishes in the springs.

Sporting Events
And yes, how can we forget sports. Tampa is home to many national sporting teams. Let the Devil Ray Baseball team excite you at Tropicana field in St. Petersburg or let the Lightning, our hockey team, amaze you at the Ice Palace in Tampa, or see the world famous Tampa Bay Buccaneers at Raymond James Stadium in Tampa.

Gambling Cruises
There are several cruises that take visitors out into the Gulf of Mexico. Dinner is served and then the tables are open for blackjack, poker, or roulette. Lots of fun.
