Property Description
Enjoy the warm sun, golf, shopping, restuarants, sightseeing, of the Palm Springs area
with a stay at our condo (that is really a home with one shared wall).
It is located within the gated complex of the Rio Del Sol complex which features
lighted tennis, decorative lakes, and swimming and jacuzzi pools. This complex is l
ocated centrally at the edge of Cathedral City and Rancho Mirage on Gerald Ford just
east of Date Palm and less than one mile to Highway 111.
Features and Activities
Our condo has its own private garage equipped with automatic door, a large private
gated courtyard, and a spacious patio with patio furniture and bar-b-que. It has vaulted
ceilings been completely redorated and furnished with new designer furniture. Occupancy is
5. Smoke on patios only, and small pets with pet deposit.
The master bedroom has a private
bath adjourning, mirrored closets, large tv, phone, king sized bed, furnished in a neutral
color scheme. The second bedroom features twin beds that can be made together as a dual king
or separated as singles depending on your needs. The second bathroom is off hallway.
The spacious kitchen has a gas range with built in microwave. There is a full sized
washer and dryer off the hallway. The dining area has an eating bar with bar stools
and an expandable dining table that will seat up to 8.
Unlimited local phone calls, expanded cable including HBO, answering machine, vcr, 3
phones, dozens of books and games are some of amenities of our condo.
Our rates vary with the season, and number of guests, but average for short stays at
$150 per night, or $900 a week and $2000 per month. (off season is less, holidays more)
We pay taxes and cleaning.
