Encinitas Beach House

3 bedroom house on the east side of Neptune Avenue, an oceanfront street popular with joggers, walkers, bicyclists. This is our home, it is very comfortable and kid friendly. The yard has a grass area for kids, native California plants and a backyard deck and front yard patio. The home includes a complete kitchen, king bed, queen bed, 2 twin beds, futon. There is a living room for adults and a large, sunny family room with TV and lots of kid toys. We are across the street from oceanfront homes and can hear the waves when the surf is up. We walk 2 blocks to the beach access at Stone Steps.

Encinitas is a relaxed beach community that offers good restaurants, multiple yoga studios, beautiful beaches for surfing and swimming and short drives to Lego Land and Four Seasons Aviara Resort. Downtown San Diego is 25 miles to the south (including Sea World, art museums, and the zoo). Our neighborhood is warm and friendly with many families. From our house it is a short walk to a popular coffee house and restaurants. A longer walk (1/2 mile) will get you to our downtown with shopping and eating and access to our coastal train service.
