An optional link from the listing to your personal website can be added for an additional $20 per year.
Optional 2nd & 3rd Cities are available for those properties in which may fit more then 1 location. There is a charge of $25 for each additional city, per year.

Featured:
Featured Properties are listed under our Featured Properties section for 1 month at the pricing above. You get to choose which month you wish your property to be featured. Multiple monthly features can be purchased at a reduced rate, contact for pricing.
Featured listings are viewed more then 250% more then just a regular listing.
Monthly Featured Property listings are limited to 24 total listings in any given month.
For Sale:
There is a one time charge for listing a property for sale for up to 2 years.
If your property sells just contact us and we will remove the listing for sale.
If in 2 years your property does not sell, we will give you an option to renew.
Miscellaneous:
$10 fee for pictures submitted in hard copy. SASE should also be included.
$25 fee for changes above and beyond allowed updates
Discounts for multiple listings are available.
