Property Description
New, contemporary, two-story home with two apartments. Upstairs is for the owners'
use, downstairs features two bedrooms, two and 1/2 bathrooms, living/dining room, and
kitchen which all open to the pool and garden. The house is beautifully outfitted and
has beach access. The view from the top of the house is spectacular.
Enjoy staying in a lovely Mexican fishing village. Experience local life but still be
close enough to Puerto Vallarta for the tourist attractions. Our village is small enough
to walk everywhere but taxis and buses are available for transportation to the airport
and Puerto Vallarta.
The house sleeps six if two sleep on the couches (full size) in the TV area, housekeeper
daily (except Sunday), air conditioned, satellite TV, VCR, purified water system throughout
the house to relieve any worry about the water.

Full-Time Maid to take of cleaning & changing linens and doing the dishes, Air Conditioning,
Satellite TV, VCR, Stereo, CD Player, Full Kitchen, Microwave, Refrigerator, Cooking Utensils
provided, Linens provided, Washer & Dryer and Private Pool.
The pool has wide steps leading down for the smaller swimmers. Each bedroom has its own
full bath with a separate ˝ bath for the pool as well as an outdoor shower. There are
snorkels, fishing poles, boogie boards, a surfboard and other ocean related toys. Internet
access is available from the bedroom on your computer or locally at many cyber cafés. We
live upstairs and can take care of any other needs quickly.
