Property Description
The Casita at Tropical Evergreens has a living area, fully stocked kitchen with bar
seating for four, queen size bedroom and full bath. A private, outside stairway leads
upstairs to a large open deck, bedroom with 2 twin beds (can be converted to one king),
and full bath. The entire unit may be rented for a party of 4, or just the downstairs
for a party of 2. A short path from both houses leads to the beach where a thatched
palapa makes shade for hammocks and beach chairs. Kayaking and snorkeling in the bay
is excellent, right out the front door! Coffee or tea at sunrise is a must!
