Property Description
The Casa Grande at Tropical Evergreens in Soliman Bay is a new rental home that was just
completed in December, 2000. It is a beautiful beach house with an open split-level first
floor, and a stairway to a loft bedroom above (with two queen beds). On the first
floor there is a king-size bed and bathroom just a couple of steps higher than the main
living area. In the main living area the dining table separates the living room from the
full kitchen, and mahogany doors open from this living space to the beachside exterior patio.
Palms provide some shade on the exterior patio making it a nice place to relax and enjoy the
breeze. A short path from both houses leads to the beach where a thatched palapa makes shade
for hammocks and beach chairs. Kayaking and snorkeling in the bay is excellent, right out
the front door! Coffee or tea at sunrise is a must!
