Villa Solana is a brand new private villa available for rental beginning December 2005. The villa is located in the exclusive Corpus Christi area just one block away from the ocean and a one minute walk to Chedraui - the largest grocery store on the island. The downstairs area includes the kitchen, dining and living areas as well as a small bathroom. The villa has a large kitchen equipped with a refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender and much more. The living area features built in furniture along with cushioned rattan furniture. A TV, stereo, DVD player, movies, books and board games are available for your enjoyment. The villa has 3 bedrooms all located on the second floor. The master bedroom is spacious and has a king size bed and private bathroom with a tub/shower. The middle bedroom has a queen size bed. The end bedroom has 2 double beds and a TV and X-box. All bedrooms have verandas overlooking the pool and waterfall. The pool area has a waterfall, sundeck and pool chairs. Grab a beverage and relax in a hammock underneath the rooftop palapa at the end of the day.

Villa Solana is a private villa with a private pool. The villa is privately managed and all reservations are made directly with us (the owners). We have a property manager in Cozumel who oversees the day to day care taking of the villa. He is available 24 hours a day and will be glad to help you with anything from lock-outs to booking tours and activities. We are just a one minute walk to the Chedraui Shopping Center - which includes the largest grocery store on the island, movie theater and fast food restaurants.

Extras include: air conditioning, ceiling fans in all rooms, rooftop palapa, hammocks, pool/beach towels, bottled water, X-box and several games, small library, board games, DVD player with movies, cable TV, dive rinse tank, and maid service. Laundry services are also available for an additional charge.
