Large, beautifully appointed detached house on two floors. Sleeps 9 + 2 in 4
double bedrooms, one with a third single bed, plus double sofa bed if required in
the downstairs dining area. The Villa has a comfortable cool lounge with a balcony
off and separate dining room, all on the upper floor along with three of the four
bedrooms and two of the three bathrooms. On the ground floor are the fourth bedroom
and the third bathroom together with another dining area and a second kitchen.
Features and Activities
The main bedroom as a beautiful Ensuite with tiled bath/shower and marble vanity units,
W.C. and bidet. The two further fully tiled bath/shower rooms each have a W.C., bidet and
marble vanity units. The fully equipped kitchens each have a dishwasher, gas/electric
cooker/oven and fridge/freezer. Pariana is a Hilltop village (600 meters a.s.l.) surrounded
by chestnut trees, olive groves and fruit trees. It is a beautiful place to walk around...
It is an excellent base from which to visit:
-All the arts cities (Florence, Pisa, Lucca, Siena, San Gimignano, Vinci, Collodi, Prato, etc.)
-Beaches (Viareggio, Forte de Marmi, Livorno, Riviera degli Etruschi, Isola d'Elba, etc.)

-Bath (Terme) of Montecatini Terme and Monsummano Terme.
-The Villa Linda is approx 55 Km from Airports of Florence and Pisa.

- The Villa is tiled throughout and has wooden window shutters for coolness and
has its own private off road parking area right opposite its shaded garden, shared
with the Casa Rita. The double beds are large and extremely comfortable and all sheets,
pillows and pillowcases together with bath, hand and tea towels are provided, as are soap,
toilet rolls, dishwasher powder, washing up liquid, etc.
