Property Description
5 apartments + small pool with breathtaking views. Located on the mountainside above the old
town of Cefalů it offers a perfect base for a holiday of sightseeing combined with laying
on the terrace or on the beach. Every apartment is completely furnished and has its own
huge terrace with view on the town and the sea, surrounded by olive groves,
Bougainvilleas, grapevines, various fruit trees and last but not least… PEACE AND QUIET!
A car is recommended, because it is 6 minutes to get to town, on foot about 40 minutes.
Features and Activities
Cefalů is on the north coast of Sicily, 80 km east of Palermo. The nearest airport is Palermo
but you can also use Catania, which is a 2-hour drive on the autostrada. By car you can
drive the whole way down or either take the ferry in Genova or Naples. A holiday in
Cefalů is for both resting and sight seeing. You can go to see the temples in Agrigento,
Selinunte or Segesta, a Roman Villa in Piazza Armerina or you can go hiking in the nearby
mountains. (Maps available). Cefalů itself is a nice little town with lots of bars with
terraces and restaurants with nice local and not too expensive food. It has a nice sandy
beach, but there are rocks as well, which is nice for snorkeling. The cathedral dates from
1200 and is worthwhile visiting, so is the museum and a medieval washing place.

16.00 hours until Saturday 10.00.
Exceptions can be made during the low season. Payment 25% deposit on confirmation and the rest should be paid in Euros on the day of arrival. By cancellation no refund of the deposit.
