Payment and Cancellation Policy **
50% of the rent must be received within 10 days from booking to confirm your reservation. Balance of rent, plus 15% (7% BVI hotel tax and 8% staff gratuity) and $ 500 damage deposit must be paid in full 45 days prior to arrival. Damage deposit will be returned within 14 days after departure. Cancellations MUST be made in writing; cancellations received 45 days prior to arrival are subject to a 30% penalty levied on the rent. Cancellations received 45 days of less prior to arrival are subject to a 100% penalty. However, if we are able to re-book the cancelled dates, the client will be reimbursed for 50% of the total rental.
