* Main Level *
Upper entry level opens to 2 spacious bedrooms, each with King bed, marble baths, Jacuzzi, indoor and outdoor showers, and an alcove with sofa bed perfect for small children.  A few steps below is the main level with a large open kitchen, formal dining area, sumptuous living area, a third bedroom and an open-air breakfast nook.

* Pool Level *
The main level opens to a short flight of stairs down to the expansive pool level and three air-conditioned bedroom suites, each with its own separate bath and sitting area.  The entire pool level can function as a living area separate from the main villa above.

* Pool Area *
The pool area features a 5,000 sq ft sun deck, pool, hot tub, gazebo, and a large alfresco dining area equipped with a professional gas grill and sink.

* Beach *
Off the pool area, stairs cascade down approximately 35 feet to the magnificent white sand beach below, the true crown jewel of Sand Dollar. Whether you're into snorkeling, fishing, beachcombing, or just dangling your feet in the warm Caribbean waters, Sand Dollar Estate is the luxury vacation of a lifetime. * Little Sand Dollar *
Just next-door is Little Sand Dollar, a newly constructed 1,400 sq ft stone cottage with a stairway down to its own private beach.  It is fully air-conditioned and offers a well-equipped kitchen, garden bathroom and covered porch overlooking Magens Bay, perfect for newlyweds, teenagers or a small family.  Little Sand Dollar is only available when rented in addition to Sand Dollar next door.
