Nestled above our warm turquoise waters and surrounded by exotic tropical foliage, Villa De La Vista is set on its own privately gated grounds, and is a 7 minute hike from the beautiful white sands of Sunsi beach. This stunning villa is an extraordinary place to experience the calm and tranquility that is the true essence of the Caribbean.

Named for its unsurpassed views of St. John and the British Virgin Islands, this six bedroom, four and one-half bath multi-level villa is designed for luxury and privacy. Eclectically furnished in dark woods, warm tropical colors and Mexican tile, the ambiance of this villa is pure relaxation. The intimate pool deck is perfect for sunbathing, or for a real treat soak away your cares in the hot tub, on the villas lower level. This intimate seaside villa overlooking the picturesque Caribbean Ocean is surrounded by lush tropical gardens and flowering Hibiscus. With its warm and inviting ambiance, you’ll feel the serenity of this incredible villa the moment you step through the entry gate.

Located on the north side of St. Thomas in the islands’ exclusive Peterborg district, Villa Marea is a unique blend of Mediterranean and Caribbean architecture. Designed around a central courtyard, this cozy multi-level villa features covered verandahs and walkways, French doors and terra-cotta pavers. The spacious sun deck features a full size keystone shaped pool and is an idyll place to bask in the tropical sun during the morning and early afternoon. Shade from the adjacent hillside covers the villa in the late afternoon and along with the tropical breezes, cools it down for the evening. At sunset enjoy cocktails in the eight-person hot tub located on the villa’s lowest level, which is so close to the ocean that you can hear the water crashing against the rocks below.
