Property Description
Villa Carolisol is a wonderful private vacation rental on Cofresi Cove on the north coast of the Dominican Republic. The
4400 square foot, moorish-style house sits but 50 yards from the beach. White stucco, high ceilings, and wrought iron are
found throughout the villa. The second floor houses the main living area with a living room, separate dining-room, large
kitchen with two refrigerators, a back terrace with barbeque and a 33 ft. porch facing the sea and its tradewinds. Isabel
de las Torres Mountain with its Cable Car is on the right.
Up the spiral stair case is the third floor turret room with its bath, terrace, balcony for two, and a breath-taking view.
The ground floor has three bedrooms; two Spanish patios (one with ping-pong) and the service rooms. In all, there are 4.5
bathrooms (not including the service bath). Lina and Jacob, our housekeepers will cook breakfast and dinner; clean; do
laundry and make your vacation very special. Our American manager and his artist wife are very informative and can arrange
tours for you if you wish.
Features and Activities
Great for two in the turret with its own little balcony, terrace, bath and panoramic views or for a special family reuinion,
using the entire house with endless space for separate or group activites: Second floor porch; 2 inner patios (one with ping pong):
terraces, 1/2 Basketball Court with accurate shooting distances. Separate dining room. Lina, our housekeeper/cook, and Jacob, our
houseman give 24 hr coverage. Laundry done. American Manager. Airport 12 miles away. Direct flights from N.Y. and other US cities.

Besides swimming, water sports and riding, the new Ocean World Dolphin Park is nearby. Good restaurants and hotel entertainment
within walking distance, (though out of sight). The Victorian town of Puerto Plata is 3 miles away with historic sites, museums,
gambling casinos, shopping, etc. Robert Trent Golf course 12 mi. away. Los Mangos course 2 mi. Private or group tours offered.

$25.00/day for each additional person.
From May 1 - Dec 14:
$125.00/day for four people.
$20.00/day each additional person.
All rates plus 13% tax.
