a dining area off the great room, a large separate kitchen, a queen size
master bedroom with bathroom en suite, a second queen bedroom and a third
bedroom with two single beds and there is a second bathroom.
Each room has the latest A/C split units. All appliances are brand new,
refrigerator with door ice maker, dish washer, new cooking appliances, TV
with cable, stereo, telephone, VHF, etc. etc. There is a computer with an internet connection.
There are wide spacious verandahs with one of the finest views in the
Abacos where you will see glorious sunsets and you have beautiful swimming
in front of the property. This is a glamorous, luxurious and spacious home
offering the beauty of the Amazon in the Bahamas. A large 100 ft dock with
80 ft dog leg is available affordng dockage at all states of the tide.
For large groups,
Guest Quarters will also be available.
Features and Activities
All guests are inviteed to enjoy the fruit available in the fruit
orchards of bananas, avocados, carambola, tangerines, lemons,
limes and lychees. These properties have sheer luxury, every
convenience and they are so close to town.
