These rates are for 1 to 4 persons - (4 adults) or (2 adults + 2 children)

High Season Rates:
February (Last 2 weeks through the second week of August)
September (American Labor Day weekend)
November (Last week - American Thanksgiving)
December (Last two (2) weeks)
$200.00 per night $1,200.00 per week up $3,500.00 per month
These rates are for 1 to 4 persons - (4 adults) or (2 adults + 2 Children)
$35.00 per extra child (over two (2) years of age) per night

Maximum Occupancy:
Six (6) persons per unit, with a maximum of four (4) Persons over the age of twelve (12) and a maximum of two (2) children under the age of twelve (12).

Security Deposit:
$500 Refundable Security Deposit payable seven (7) days prior to arrival, on Credit Card.

Deposit:
50% Deposit is required at time of booking. 50% due fifteen (15) days prior to arrival.

Cancellation and Refunds:
100% Refund for thirty (30) days or more prior to arrival. 50% Refund for fifteen (15) through twenty-nine (29) days prior to arrival. 0% Refund after fifteen (15) days prior to arrival.

Crib Rentals:
Portable cribs are available at $10.00 and $15.00 per night - Newborn to age two (2). Booster seats adjustable 6 ways, infant to toddler, are available at $5.00 per night.
