The Look-Out is a brand new, 2-bedroom, 1 bath home located on the island of Eleuthera in the Bahamas. The villa, built on the side of a hill in a grove of Cabbage Palms overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, has been designed to take advantage of the sites spectacular views. The living room and second bedroom open directly onto a large ocean-facing patio. The master bedroom and dining room have large ocean facing windows.

The home has ceramic tile floors and vaulted wood ceilings with ceiling fans throughout. The home is beautifully decorated using lots of wicker and rattan for a casual, comfortable tropical feeling.

The galley style kitchen is fully equipped to make cooking a breeze.

The Look-Out is located near four beautiful beaches offering swimming, fishing, snorkeling or beach combing. Little Twin beach is a short walk; Hidden, Smugglers and Rainbow Beaches are a few minutes by car or bike. Tennis courts and a great restaurant, the Rainbow Inn, are both just a short walk away.

Harbour Island with its colorful homes, historic buildings, plentiful shopping, and pink sand beaches is located just 18 miles north of the Look-Out and makes a wonderful day trip destination.

Fishing trips, including deep sea and bone fishing, can be arranged with local guides.

Scuba diving and surfing sites are a short drive away.
