The Headland Villas are known in Thai as "Laem Ling Lod" which literally translated means "Leaping Monkey Point" this is your first clue that you will be immersed in a truly wondrous natural setting.

The Headland Villas are the epitome of a private and stylish getaway in a most sublime natural setting. Overlooking the spectacular islands of the Angthong Marine Park, the Villas enjoy breathtaking sea views and sweeping vistas over the white sands of Baan Taling Ngam. These five totally private hillside residences nestled amidst lush tropical gardens are blessed with some of the finest sunsets in Thailand.

Furnished to the highest standard, each villa is comprised of two units that enjoy spectacular deck areas which frame the beach, islands and sea as backdrop to your holiday! The main unit is an air-conditioned lounge/dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, guest bathroom and loft relaxing area. The loft could be considered a third bedroom, but is more ideal as a play or sleeping area for older children. The bedroom unit has two air-conditioned comfortable bedrooms, one double and one twin, each with their own en-suite bathrooms. Folding teak and glass doors open each room to the cooling breeze and relaxing sounds of the sea below.

Each Villa is equipped with Satellite TV, whilst VCD and CD players complete an entertainment system and allow you to keep in touch with the "real world" from your ideal retreat. The spacious wooden deck areas of each villa ensure that you take advantage of the surrounding nature, spectacular views and ample sunshine. Breakfast al fresco, daytime sunning and relaxing, or sunset cocktails are just a few of your choices for activities!

The Headland location means that guests can enjoy the best of both Villa and Luxury Hotel worlds. You can enjoy high quality self catered villa living enhanced by in-villa chef and spa services, whilst guests are always welcome at the adjacent 5 start hotel's numerous restaurants, bars, shops and facilities. Beach and poolside loungers are free of charge, whilst all Food & Beverage and other hotel facilities are charged at normal hotel rates. The Villas also enjoy direct beach access to the safe white sand swimming haven of Baan Taling Ngam, whilst the adjacent hotel's beachside pool offers an all year round sunning and cool off venue.

Whilst in Samui, we recommend you enjoy the superb cuisine of its many restaurants, the vibrant nightlife as well as visit the superb attractions that it has to offer. Shopping and dining at many Thai restaurants is only a mere 15 minutes away in Nathon, Samui's main town and commercial center. The fishing village of Bophut on the northern coast offers a selection of superb Western and Thai eateries with views of Koh Phan Ngan Island. Lamai Beach is just 15 minutes away in the easterly direction, with the main tourist area of Chaweng just a few minutes further.
